Our Fast and Furious Favorites

Our Personal Fast and Furious Favorites

There have been a bevy of cool cars in the Fast and Furious franchise' six movies, and a good portion of them have been imports. A 1999 Nissan Skyline GT-R R34, a 2012 Lucra LC470, a 2000 Acura NSX, to name a few.

Not that we have anything against imports, but here at Champion we are true classic car buffs. So when we saw a post on theinnocentdad. showcasing the "Coolest Fast and Furious Cars," we just had to share "our personal" favorites with our readers.

In no particular order, here they are:

1970 Dodge Charger R/T

The one that started it all. Vin Diesel's Dominic Toretto drove this in the very first movie, "The Fast and the Furious". It's a vintage car that he made a few, shall we say, minor adjustments to and one that'll always hold a special place in our hearts.

1969 Dodge Charger Daytona

Dom was lucky enough to get his hands on a rare 1970 Dodge Charger R/T. In "Fast and Furious 6", he manages to score an even rare 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, a model built exclusively for NASCAR.

1963 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport

What can't the 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport do? In "Fast Five", we see it sail through the air, jumping over trains and cutting through the desert effortlessly. The on-set Grand Sports had 502 horsepower,V8 cylinder engines.

And let's not forget the 1970 SS Chevelle that Dom drove during the credits as he headed to Mexico...
