Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Most items ship FREE to the Lower 48 States. Over-sized items requiring truck freight will require that you contact us for a shipping quote. If a quote is required, it will state this on the product page.

We ship using Fed Ex, UPS and USPS Mail and Priority Mail depending on product and shipment location. Shipping is free to the lower 48-contiguous states on most items. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other territories may be subject to additional shipping costs. Expedited shipping is offered on most products, if available you will see a field in which you can place your zip code and the available shipping options will be shown.

Some items ship direct from our location in California; others may ship directly from the Manufacturer. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to know the location your item will ship from. We will send you tracking as soon as it is available.

RETURNS

Items are returnable within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Please contact us via phone or email prior to returning any item(s). To return your product, you should mail your product to: 23941 Alessandro Blvd. Ste C, Moreno Valley, CA, 92553.

Custom items such as seats, upholstery, panels, carpet, mats are not returnable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and original shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a Twenty Percent (20%) restocking fee.

All items, with the exception of Champion Cooling Systems and American Eagle Radiators, must be in brand-new and uninstalled condition.

Refunds may take up to fourteen days to process from the time the item is received by Big Dog Truck Parts.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will require photos of the damage in order to determine if shipping damage occurred or if the item has a Manufacturer's defect. We will then instruct you how to proceed to have the item replaced.

After thirty (30) days, you will need to contact the Manufacturer direct should you experience a Warranty issue.
